Updated Information for the All Wales Register of Approved Clinicians 2024

Clinicians who have been granted AC status are required to complete an annual update form on the anniversary of the approval date. The Approval Team will contact you once yearly to request you complete a yearly update form. You may choose however to complete the annual update form here. It is imperative that the Approval Team receives up to date contact information so that we may issue important reminder emails to invite clinicians to renew their approval and to share important updates with you.
