All Wales Approval Team office will close on 24th December 2025 and reopens on 2nd January 2026

Clinicians whose current approval expires during this period must ensure they submit a completed application for five yearly reapproval in good time before the office closure period.

Timely submission is essential to avoid delays in processing and to maintain uninterrupted approval status.
